Service Description

Our new program Mindfulness Foundations is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand mindfulness and experience the profound effects it can have on your life. Live group workshops will be held weekly on Mondays at 6:00pm to 8:00pm MST from May 2 to June 20, 2022. Session 1 – Introduction to mindfulness and being present in the now Session 2 – Shifting automatic reactions and routine patters Session 3 – Establishing open awareness and practicing non-judgment Session 4 – The power of finding acceptance and utilizing it as a coping mechanism Session 5 – Finding balance between being grateful for the present and planning for the future Session 6 – Establishing compassion for ourselves and others Session 7 – Cultivating a constructive relationship with ourselves and shifting definitions of identity Session 8 – Full integration of mindfulness into daily life to improve wellbeing Participants can connect online over Zoom (recordings will be available should you miss a session). There will be homework and exercises for you to practice at home, and there is an optional accountability group where additional inspiration will be shared to keep you motivated and supported throughout the program.
